Is Bachmann Really Suggesting that Elwyn Tinklenberg is Responsible for the Collapse of the I35W Bridge?

PiPress: Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is hosting a "Road to Victory" rally today at O'Gara's Grill in St. Paul. The doors open at 3 p.m. and the event starts at 4 p.m. Sen. Norm Coleman, Rep. John Kline and Rep. Michele Bachmann are expected to attend. I hope reporters have a chance to ask her about the claim she made Saturday on the NARN radio suggesting that a NTSB report will find Elwyn Tinklenberg was responsible for the collapse of the 35W bridge: The other thing we are still waiting on is the National Transportation Safety Board will be issuing a report on the I35W Bridge and it appears that the Department of Transportation under his leadership knew or had reason to know that the gusset plates had already bent on the bridge.
