Will Michele Bachmann Embrace Her Endorsement by Rush Limbaugh Fans in Light of Limbaugh's Ugly Remarks About Parkinson's Sufferer Michael J. Fox?

Will Michele Bachmann embrace her latest endorsement by Rush Limbaugh fans in light of Limbaugh's well-publicized ugly remarks about actor and Parkinson’s sufferer Michael J. Fox?

Limbaugh has his substantial ass in a wringer this week over some rather insensitive remarks he made at the expense of Michael J. Fox. Specifically, Limbaugh alleged that Fox was “off his meds” when he filmed a campaign commercial endorsing Missouri Democratic Senate candidate Claire McCaskill for supporting embryonic stem cell research. Limbaugh said Fox’s visible effects of his Parkinson’s disease and/or his medication was “purely an act.”

Does Bachmann support Limbaugh’s assessment of Fox? Is this the same type of medical diagnosis that led Bachmann to claim that Terry Schiavo was “healthy"?

Rush since has made a non-apology that was dutifully reported as an apology by the mainstream media:

But the record shows Limbaugh in all his hateful glory.

Right-wing extremist Jason Lewis, another endorser and hero of Bachmann’s, emulated Limbaugh on KTLK-FM this week when he described Fox’s disease as nothing more than “shivers and shakes.” Lewis made the outrageous comparison between embryonic stem-cell research and forcing people to make involuntary body organ donations, and claimed advocates of the research simply want to “harvest the body parts” of embryos and then throw them away.

Michele Bachmann, Rush Limbaugh and Jason Lewis: United in their contempt of Parkinson’s disease sufferers.
